Priced at $60 per adult and $20 per child, the brunch includes a choice of one, cook-to-order protein – 16 oz. prime ribeye, double pork chop, pork ribs, 1.5 lb. lobster, whole snapper, whole Branzino, jumbo shrimp plate or rack of lamb, plus hot dogs and burgers for the kids – paired with a bountiful buffet. Options include an array of gourmet sauces – chimichurri, bone marrow, bernaise and Barolo – and sides such as grilled vegetables, corn, grilled onions, French fries, green beans, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts, in addition to egg and waffle stations and a salad bar.

In addition to the a la carte menu, the restaurant has been readying for the occasion with a special batch of house dry-aged steaks. Wake pop up with pancakes packing a punch: homemade syrup using Houston’s own Leprechaun Premium Hard Cider. Add 1 cup of sugar, ¾ cup brown sugar, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg and 2 cups of Leprechaun Premium Hard Cider to sauce pan. Bring to a boil, and once the alcohol cooks off, stir in a ¼ cup of butter and about 2 tablespoon lemon juice. Cook on low heat for approximately 10 minutes, or until you can tell it has thickened.
