Most Anticipated Movies of the Summer 2015

School is finally out, and summer is in full swing. Though going to the movies may be considered a summer “NORM”, it’s still one of the most sought out things to do.  Who can resist heart pounding action, gut busting comedy, or a tear-jerking “chick flick”?  No one! With that being said, here’s our list of the top movies for the summer.

Jurassic World Jurassic World has to be one of the MOST anticipated movies of the year. This movie is simply a classic, wowing us in its first installment Jurassic Park in the early 90’s with a dinosaur theme park concept and live dinosaurs! As we know, it took a turn for the worst as nature took its course. Well, no more dino death theme park right? Hmm! Well, the plot for Jurassic World resurfaces as an entirely operational theme park with a new genetically altered dinosaur called Indominus Rex. Sound exciting? We’ll just have to see how this plays out! Jurassic Park bites its way into IMAX 3D and regular theaters June 12th.

Magic Mike Three years after Mike bowed out of the male entertaining lifestyle at the top of his game, he and the remaining Kings of Tampa hit the road to Myrtle Beach to put on one last blow-out performance. Why is this an anticipated film? … Channing Tatum… The End. Mark the date ladies. Magic Mike grinds onto the big screen July 1st.

Terminator Genysis The year is 2029. John Connor (Jason Clarke), leader of the resistance continues the war against the high tech machines. At the Los Angeles offensive, John's fears of the unknown future begin to emerge when TECOM spies reveal a new plot by SkyNet that will attack him from both fronts; past and future, and will ultimately change warfare forever. This action packed film, Terminator Genysis hits theaters July 1st!

Minions An extraction from Despicable Me, Minions arrive in theaters July 10th with their very own full-length film. Without a master to grovel for, the Minions fall into a deep depression. But one minion, Kevin, has a plan; accompanied by his pals Stuart and Bob, Kevin sets forth to find a new evil boss for his brethren to follow. Their search leads them to Scarlet Overkill, the world's first-ever super-villainess. Looks to be an adventurous film for all ages!

Ant-Man With the ability to shrink in size but grow in strength, a con man (Paul Rudd) must help his mentor (Michael Douglas) protect the secret of his Ant-Man suit and pull off a heist that will save the world. Though little is known about the movies true nature, there will be a fast paced 6 min short included in the previews before Jurassic World. Ant-Man will be in theaters July 17th.

Pixels When aliens misinterpret video feeds of classic arcade games as a declaration of war, they attack the Earth with larger than life pixelated video game characters such as Donkey Kong and Pac-Man. This sounds like an acid walk down video game memory lane but expect comedy, action and entertainment!. Pixels features the comedic acts of Adam Sandler, Kevin James, and Michelle Monaghan to name a few. Pixels pixelates July 24th.

Mission Impossible-Rogue Nations Tom Cruise is reprising his role as IMF agent Ethan Hunt for yet another “Impossible Mission”. This movie focuses on an opposing IMF team. It is guaranteed to be yet another action packed, plot twisting, heart pumping suspense that only Tom Cruise can execute. Rumor has it that he held his breath under water for 6 min during the underwater scene! That’s dedication one shall pay to see! Film Will Be Released in IMAX Theatres Globally Beginning July 31. Can’t Wait!
