I stopped by Belle Station’s Wednesday Steak Night "Raising the Steaks" and experienced the best Steak Night in the city. From the city’s hottest DJs, prettiest people, and best food, Belle Station’s ambiance is unmatched in Houston.
Speaking of unmatched, Crooked Roads Catering hosts steak nights all over the city, but Belle Stations brings the night full circle. With their sou vide immersion circulation process, the steaks are always at the perfect temperature and Crooked Roads goes the extra mile with their sambal compound butter and avocado oil. Steaks are served with au gratin potato hash and a vegetable medley. Ribeyes and Filets go for $20, but you have to call in to reserve your 48 oz Tomahawk. Next time you’re in midtown on a Wednesday stop by Belle Station at 207 Gray Street. Steak Night starts at 7 until supplies run out.
