As the calendar approaches the two-year mark since its grand opening, Holley’s Seafood Restaurant & Oyster Bar is finally making the natural expansion into the world of Sunday brunch, with plans to debut its brand-new list of midday items on February 28th, beginning at 10AM.
Holley’s brunch will consist of a prix fixe menu that includes specialty options for appetizers, entrée dishes and dessert. And while that menu is fluid and could change periodically, Holley’s standard lunch menu will remain available for guests seeking heartier options.
And of course, brunch, by definition, would not be so without an array of custom cocktails to enjoy with one’s meal. Holley’s has some particularly unique options, like the incredibly smooth “Rise And Shine”, which combines bacon-infused and chocolate-flavored whiskeys in a concoction carefully crafted to remind you of the timeless sensation of pancakes and bacon on a Sunday morning. The drink menu also features traditional brunch favorites like the mimosa and Bloody Mary--- only with the bar’s own custom in-house twists.
All in all, whether you’re a longtime fan of Chef Mark Holley’s kitchen work from his days at the now-closed Pesce, or are just hearing about him and his new endeavor for the first time, you’ll definitely want to make your way over to Midtown one Sunday this spring and experience Holley’s version of brunch for yourself.
